first person singular

je viens = I come

Je viens de la bibliothèque. I come from the library.

second person singular + informal form of address

tu viens = you come

Tu viens toujours en retard. You come always late.

third person singular + masculine

il vient = he comes

Il vient avec ses amis. He comes with his friends.

third person singular + feminine

elle vient = she comes

Elle vient de Paris. She comes from Paris.

first person plural

nous venons = we come

Nous venons pour vous aider. We come to help you.

second person plural second person singular + respectful form of address

vous venez = you come

Si vous venez ce soir... If you come tonight...

third person plural + masculine

ils viennent = they come

Ils viennent en voiture. They come by car.

third person plural + feminine

elles viennent = they come
