second person singular + informal form of address

third person singular + masculine

il s'appelle = he is called

Il s'appelle Hugo. He is called Hugo.

third person singular + feminine

elle s'appelle = she is called

Elle s'appelle Emma. She is called Emma.

nous nous appelons = we are called

Nous nous appelons les frères Dupont. We are called the Dupont brothers.

second person plural second person singular + respectful form of address
