first person singular
je dirais = I would say
Je dirais oui si je pouvais. I would say yes if I could.
second person singular + informal form of address
tu dirais = you would say
Tu dirais la même chose. You would say the same thing.
third person singular + masculine
il dirait = he would say
Il dirait non sans hésiter. He would say no without hesitation.
third person singular + feminine
elle dirait = she would say
Elle dirait merci poliment. She would say thank you politely.

nous dirions = we would say
Nous dirions la vérité ensemble. We would say the truth together.
